Required for New York State educator certification
Applicants for NYS teaching, teaching assistant, school leadership, and pupil personnel certificates must complete six clock hours of DASA training. Our classes welcome teachers, counselors, administrators, aides, coaches, and anyone who works with students.

How much does it cost?
$50 for any format, paid through Daemen University at daemen.edu/dasa.
How are my results reported to New York State?
We upload your completion directly to NYS TEACH, usually 48 hours after all portions are completed.
Do I need my camera on?
Yes. The live class is interactive, and cameras need to stay on for the full session.
Can I pay on the day of class?
The system does not allow same-day payments. If you are registering and paying the same day, please use the next day (tomorrow’s date) for class.
What is the refund policy?
The registration fee is generally not refundable. However, if something changes, please reach out to [email protected] and we will consider your request. Please note: if you have started any part of the class (self-paced and/or Zoom), refunds will not be approved. The ACI payment processing fee is also non-refundable.
